IFEN-Neuroscience Free-Cap

IFEN-Neuroscience Free-Cap

Without paste, without gel

EEG net cap in which water (salt solution) serves as the conductive medium. The tedious removal of gel and paste residues is a thing of the past.

Excellent impedances

And this is how our Free-Cap works: the electrodes are mounted in a holder together with a specially manufactured, sponge-like material that slowly releases water and moisture to the scalp. This leads to very good impedance values in a relatively short time. The electrodes have an optimal fit and can still be flexibly adjusted to any position. Has a cord broken? No problem: with the Free-Cap you can easily replace the cords yourself.

Compatibility

Most of our customers use the Free-Cap for neurofeedback and QEEG (quantitative EEG). It can also be easily combined with ISF (Mark Smith) and ILF (Othmer, Neuro-Amp).
The Free-Cap allows you to work with 1-19 electrodes and ear clips or mastoid electrodes. The delivery also includes 25-pin plugs, which are compatible with Discovery Brainmaster or Q20, for example.
Otherwise, with the appropriate adapters, the Free-Cap can basically be used with devices from most other manufacturers.

Advantages of the Free-Cap:

  • No paste or adhesive residue on your client's head and hair
  • Inexpensive and sustainable: most of the caps can be replaced individually;
  • Work with 1 to 19 electrodes possible
  • Compatible with devices from almost all manufacturers
  • No costs for pastes and gels
  • Easy cleaning of the cap for hygienic EEG measurement
  • Chin strap made of soft, elastic material
  • Can also be used with a chest strap
  • Quick and easy achievement of the optimum impedance
